A Cleaner Space, A Happier You
An owner-led, bilingual cleaning company from South Portland, built on careful work, consistent visits, and homes you're happy to walk into.
Careful cleaning, run by the person whose name is on it
JC Cleaning Services Maine was started by Jasmina Cerpa Chavez in South Portland with a simple idea: people should come home to a space that feels calm, fresh, and cared for. The "JC" on the logo is hers, and so is the standard every clean is held to.
We clean the way we'd want our own homes cleaned. Every visit follows a room-by-room checklist, the small spots like baseboards, handles, and switch plates are part of the job, and we take a final look before we leave. Recurring clients get the same routine every time, adjusted to their notes.
We serve homeowners, renters, landlords, Airbnb hosts, and contractors from Falmouth to Biddeford, and we're happy to do it in English or Spanish. When a friend of yours books with us, we say thanks with a free extra service on your next clean.
